Janik has over 25 years of experience in senior leadership positions and a commitment to excellence in project delivery and consultancy within the energy sector. He has successfully managed large teams and is experienced in major infrastructure programme delivery, capital investment planning and delivery assurance. His career is marked by significant milestones, from developing robust project delivery systems and teams for clients like ENGIE and AEMO to steering the company through unprecedented challenges.
His achievements include leading teams of varying sizes, from large-scale operations to building teams from the ground up and helping organisations on fit-for-purpose portfolio and project delivery processes. He is an effective communicator who integrates quickly and effectively into established teams working collaboratively to understand business’ drivers and seeks opportunities to optimise for outcome.
Co-founder & Director
Gary brings over 30 years of experience in senior supply chain and contract management roles within the Australian power generation and energy sector. Throughout his career with major organisations like Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Shell, and Siemens, he has gained deep expertise in delivering major energy projects.
His notable achievements include supply chain and contract management for a 220 MW gas turbine power station and a 100 MW solar farm in Queensland. He also led the supply chain management for a petrochemical refinery upgrade in NSW and served as commercial manager for projects in Tasmania, including a 200 MW CCGT and a 60 MW OCGT power station.
