The TOYOTA facility in Altona VIC is replacing it’s r main 22kV intake substation switchgear, protection, control and auxiliary equipment, which are critical to the facility’s operations. The equipment is being replaced due to existing conditions and obsolescent risk factors.

OGP’s in-house LV, HV and SCADA experts worked closely with TOYOTA to develop various cost-effective and fit for purpose design options. This enabled TOYOTA to engage an EPC contractor to carry out project work. OGP also performed owners engineering duties on behalf of TOYOTA, reviewing the EPC contractor’s final design along with their construction and commissioning processes.
