The Kwinana Co-Generation plant is owned by Engie in Western Australia. The plant had an existing Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with BP Refinery and Synergy for the sale of steam and power generated from the Co-Gen facility. Engie needed to conduct a life extension study for the facility in preparation for the upcoming PPA extension negotiations and to evaluate the plant's life cycle.
