OGP Group was engaged by ENGIE to project management services for Kwinana co-generation LPG upgrade. This included:
OGP collaborated closely with LPG and RFG suppliers to build confidence in the project evaluations. We also worked closely with the gas turbine’s OEM, engaging in significant technical discussions with their research and development team, to understand their historical success. This was crucial in determining the effectiveness of the gas turbines in utilising RFG and LPG as fuel sources. The outcome of this collaboration resulted in ultimately deciding that LPG would be the preferred choice. Our risk team also held multiple risk workshops to ensure that all risks were identified and effectively mitigated.
