Project Delivery Services
OGP leveraged our in-house team’s technical knowledge, which enabled design issues to be identified and rectified early on in the project. We also overcame procurement challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic by proactively sourcing alternative suppliers and salvaging equipment that met project specifications from other sites.
Thanks to our project delivery experience, we developed detailed schedules, produce cutover/outage plans, and closely manage multiple design/construction/commissioning interfaces to ensure that the projects were delivered on time and within budget.
Our comprehensive engineering and project management solutions, from design to supplier evaluation, were vital in the success of this project, both for OGP and AusNet Services. We encountered unprecedented challenges, but our ability to overcome them without delays stood as a testament to our commitment to innovation and development.
